Dear Valued Patients,
Heritage First Ear, Nose & Throat/ Facial Plastic Surgery will be closing at the end of June 2024. Over the last 30 years, it has been our honor, and we deeply appreciate the opportunity to have served and helped all our patients. Your charts will be available for pick up at our current location through closing or can be transferred to another practice upon your request. Medical charts will be transferred to Carlisle Ear, Nose & Throat, the office of Richard Ferraro, M.D. in July. Dr. Ferraro and Dr. Abram have worked together for many years, and patients are welcome to continue their care with him or at another ENT office of your choice.
